The NSW Department of Trade & Investment has compiled the following resources to help you set and achieve your exporting goals.
Export Capability Program
NSW Trade & Investment has launched the Export Capability Building Program to provide assistance to exporters across New South Wales.
It is aimed at businesses seeking to initiate export activities or export-ready businesses looking to consolidate their knowledge and maximise long-term export gains.
Small business tool kit
The Small Business Tool Kit features detailed information for people who are starting or running a business. You can also use one of the Tool Kit's checklists to assess the health of your business and to improve your readiness in case a natural disaster or other major emergency occurs.
Service exports toolkit
Services exports toolkit provides 10 key steps to successful exporting of services. It also includes a service export diagnostic which is designed to assess the critical criteria for success in achieving the best export outcomes while minimising your business risk.
NSW Export Labs
The NSW Export Lab is an exciting program that brings NSW exporters together to examine export "under the microscope" and to drive export success.
The NSW Export Lab is for export ready business operators who are open to new ideas and keen to energise and grow their international business.
NSW Trade & Investment has prepared the Export Accelerator toolkit with an aim to provide guidelines to enable you to systematically develop your thinking around export opportunities. This toolkit will help you to:
- Assess whether you are ready for export
- Identify people and organisations that can help you
- Develop an export plan
- Assess opportunities and plan a market visit
- Learn about the logistics of product export.
