The Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) has been approved by the NSW Government as an independent body to provide help in resolving electricity, gas and water complaints.

However, if you have a complaint about your energy supplier or their marketer (including door-to-door salespeople), please contact the Energy & Water Ombudsman for assistance. Their contact phone number is 1800 246 545.
