The Industry & Investment NSW Corporate Plan 2010-2013 sets the strategic foundation for moving our department forward. It provides the framework for our work at all levels.
As NSW's leading economic development agency, I&I NSW plays a central role in achieving the government's commitment to creating economic development opportunities and boosting productivity, competitiveness and sustainability across NSW.
The Corporate Plan sets the strategic direction for I&I NSW and articulates the vision and values, defines our strategic priorities and goals through key result areas, identifies intended outcomes and lists the practical strategies that will be undertaken to deliver these results. It also delivers on the NSW Government priorities outlined in the NSW State Plan.
