Invoiced payments

Welcome to the payments page. This page allows you to pay for invoices issued by NSW Trade & Investment using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club card, or by Direct Debit.

To proceed you will need the following details from your invoice:

• Customer number
• Invoice number
• Total amount of the invoice

Merchant fees

Please be advised that effective 1st January 2013, the following merchant surcharge will occur on credit card transactions: 0.4% for Mastercard and Visa, 1.5% Amex and 2.4% Diners.

Conditions of use of the payments facility

Financial transactions carried out via the above 'Pay your account online' facility are provided through an external provider, Westpac. The Westpac system will collect your payment details, including credit card number, and will then use these details to authenticate and undertake the transaction with your bank.

You are strongly advised to familiarise yourself with the security aspects of Internet transactions before using this or any other Internet-based transaction service. You should also ask your bank to explain their credit card use policy as it applies to online transactions and their Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Dispute Process.

Under the Westpac system, all personal details are transmitted under 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology to prevent unauthorised access to the information during the transaction process. Westpac will provide NSW Trade & Investment with the necessary details of each transaction, including the last four digits of the credit card number that are used as a reference.

At no time will NSW Trade & Investment have access to your private financial details.
